I erged today with Liz, Arlene and Alice. I told them I had lost my confidence. So every so often, one of them would throw in a word of encouragement. This helped me so much. I'm still not where I want to be split wise, but I am encouraged.
One small word of encouragement can change one's whole attitude. Thank you, friends!
